Jorge Guzman

Serving as the Chief Executive Director and Co-founder of Hispanicpros, Jorge F. Guzman has over 15 years of experience working in the private, non-profit and public sectors. Outside of Hispanicpros, Jorge also serves as an Economic Development Consultant for the City of Gresham in the State of Oregon. Jorge is also the Founder and Executive Director of Vive | NW and Co-founder and managing partner of  

Jorge earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing | Business Administration and a certificate in Food and Retail management from Portland State University. He also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas in San Antonio, TX. Jorge is multi-lingual, multi-cultural, and an avid traveler, having spent time trekking through Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Jorge enjoys hiking, surfing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.


Tatiana Garcia

Tatiana serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Hispanicpros, and has a Bachelors degree in Rhetoric and a Masters in Writing. Tatiana joined Hispanicpros in an effort to connect with the community and network with other professionals. Tatiana is also a proposal writer for a large conglomerate serving the security, janitorial, healthcare, and sustainable living industries. 

A Pacific Northwest Native, Tatiana enjoys hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding, as well as reading, concerts, long road trips and exploring. 


Laura Sullivan

Laura serves as the Development Director, and has been involved with the organization since 2015. After taking years of Spanish classes in elementary and high school, Laura had her first experience with Latino culture as an exchange student in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico where she lived and studied as a high school student for one year. At the University of Michigan she had the opportunity to study abroad in Salvador, Bahia Brazil for a semester before finishing her degrees in International Studies and Romance Languages and Literatures. From there Laura spent some time in southern Brazil teaching English before moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina where she continued teaching and played professional soccer for two years.
