John Boylston is an Oregon native and product of the Beaverton Public Schools. After high school, he attended Westmont College and then the University of Southern California for law school, obtaining his J.D. and admission to the California Bar in 2006. John began his law career in the Los Angeles office of the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. In 2010, John followed his heart home to Oregon, and now works at the law firm of Myatt & Bell where he focuses on estate planning, helping families of all shapes and sizes with the wills, trusts, incapacity planning, and tax planning. In recognition of John’s work in the Portland area, he has been recognized as a two time Oregon Super Lawyer – Rising Star for Estate Planning and Probate.
Outside the office, John is passionate about maximizing the potential we have here in Oregon. He is on the board of trustees for the Oregon Historical Society and is a founder and board member of Emerging Leaders for Oregon, an organization that helps introduce young professionals to political, business, and civic leaders in Portland in an effort to inspire, equip, and engage the next generation of Oregon leaders.
Ashley Bannon Moore
Ashley Bannon Moore joined the Aldrich Eike firm in June 2015. Ashley specializes in complex litigation cases, including product liability matters and construction defect claims. Prior to joining Aldrich Eike Ashley worked as a trial attorney litigating sexual and racial discrimination cases, as well as personal injury and criminal defense matters. While in law school, Ashley interned for the largest for-profit healthcare organization in the country.
Ashley has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in both Washington State and Oregon where she advocated for abused and neglected children to find safe and permanent homes. Ashley is both a Duck and a Bulldog fan. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and her juris doctorate degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Ashley loves running, cooking, hanging out in wine-country, her chiropractor (who happens to be her husband John) and her dog Tria.
Luis M. Garcia
Luis represents clients regarding employment-and family-related immigration law matters. In the family-based area, he represents clients in general matters including visas, citizenship issues, deportation defense and appeals. In the employment and business area, he advises employers and individuals regarding temporary work visas such as the “H-1B” and “L-1” categories. In addition to his immigration law experience, Luis has firsthand knowledge of the challenges an individual or family can face when coming to a new country, as his family immigrated to the United States from Mexico in 1994.
A long time Oregon resident, Victor has dual degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management, with 15 years experience in commercial and residential lending, as well as extensive experience with nonprofit organizations. Victor is interested in taking action and giving back to the community by providing a voice, and helping to foster growth like those who helped him.
Born in Peru, Martha has called Oregon home for the past 15 years. She has an array of experience in many industries such as HealthCare, Mortgage, Tax Preparation and eCommerce, while currently working on a degree in Accounting and Management.
Martha’s vision is to create a culture of professional referral, trust, and mentorship, while sharing the diversity and values of the Latino culture, and provide sources to help build and improve personal finances from job opportunities to housing and investment. Martha loves to go for long walks and spend time with her husband and two children.
