...there are so many ways you can benefit as a first time buyer that you can actually get help from Portland Housing as an example, for down payment, earnest money, appraisal cost, Home Inspection cost, I mean all you need to do is wanting to buy; not to mention the low rates plus you may get up to $8000 from IRS if this is your FIRST home.(let's not forget the low low home prices!)

One thing for sure, we will get out of this cycle and the prices will go up, the rates will go up, no more $8000, no more Portland housing help...and then, funny! we will try to get all this when it's gone! and you are going to say...'I wish I had done this or that.."
